-WHAT IS THE MEANING OF TOH BAD?

Toh Bad is a slang phrase used in West Africa to describe a sexy and classy babe. This company is inspired by African Culture and its true beauty. However, we do embrace and appreciate all cultures.

-WHAT IS VIRGIN HAIR?

Virgin Hair is human hair that is 100% chemically unprocessed. It is free from hair dyes and perms.

-CAN THIS HAIR BE CURLED OR STRAIGHTENED?

ALL Toh Bad hair extensions can be straightened and curled.

-CAN VIRGIN HAIR BE COLORED, DYED OR BLEACHED?

Yes! Virgin hair can be dyed and bleached. 

-WHAT COLOR DOES VIRGIN HAIR COME IN?

Virgin hair that 100% chemically unprocessed comes in one color which is like a natural black brown color, similar to that of color 1b.

-DOES THIS HAIR SHED? 

All hair sheds. Both real and fake, however, there is very minimal shedding  with our extensions.

-HOW MANY BUNDLES SHOULD I ORDER?

We advise that you order 4 bundles when you pass 20 inches as your longest length. However, this all depends on how you like your hair to look in terms of volume. For curly extensions, some people prefer bundles than 3 bundles and vice versa.

-HOW OFTEN SHOULD I WASH THE HAIR?

We recommend that you wash your Toh Bad extensions biweekly. If you put product in your extensions, please wash weekly because excess build up will cause hair to feel stiff and dense.

-WHAT IS THE BEST SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER FOR THIS HAIR?

We recommend Tresemme Healthy Hair Volume Shampoo and Conditioner.

-HOW LONG DOES THIS HAIR LAST?

Toh Bad Virgin Hair can last more than 2 years with proper care and maintenance.

-WHERE CAN I VIEW MORE PICTURES OF THE HAIR ON PEOPLE?

-HOW CAN I BECOME A TOH BAD AMBASSADOR?

Simply email us! We ask for ambassadors to have a large following on all of their active social platforms.

-HOW LONG WILL MY BUNDLES TAKE TO GET TO ME?

Depending on your bank, it takes 1-2 business days to process payments. During promos and discounts, it may take up 10-12 business days for you receive your hair. 

-HOW WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY WIG?

Wig Making takes up to three weeks due to high volume of orders. Know that you will receive your wig 14-21 business days after purchase. If you would like to rush your order to receive it earlier than 14-21 business days, you may rush your order for $40 to have it made and shipped out no more than 10 business days after purchase.

-LACE CLOSURE VS LACE FRONTAL?

This is based on preference. We recommend lace closures if it is your first time of ever doing a sew in with none of your real hair left out. Frontals are more versatile than closures, and are also of higher maintenance. We strongly recommend frontals as wigs instead of sew ins, because you don't want 2 hair lines once your frontal begins to grow out. 

-HOW CAN I REQUEST FOR A WIG TO BE MADE?

Simply add 'wig service' to your cart and add a description of what you want during checkout. 

-HOW WILL YOU KNOW MY HEAD DIMENSIONS FOR MY CUSTOM WIG?

Be sure to include your head measurements, i.e., perimeter, hairline from the front to hairline in back of the neck and ear to ear. Please email us if you forget to add this as a side note during checkout. 

-HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A WIG TO BE MADE?

-CAN I STILL GET A WIG MADE IF I PROVIDE MY OWN HAIR?

SURE! Simply email [email protected] with 'Custom Unit Request' in the subject field. Please allow 24-48 hours for response and we will confirm our schedule availability. 

-CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE HAIR?

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS NOR EXCHANGES DUE TO THE NATURE OF PRODUCT. Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product.
